This is my daughters favorite app and doesnt get bored with! Its teaching her to recognize words and she laughs out loud while shes watching the animations. Apparently the reviewers that mentioned problems with the matching game didnt read the instructions. It works great and is one of the best features. I cant stand when people bash a program without first contacting the developer to report a problem that can be explained or fixed!

My grandchildren love this one. I had to buy iPad version so I could get them to let me have my iPhone back. They like the music and the fun animations. Lots of different activities and all are educational and entertaining.

My preschooler loves this app! She is completely engaged and entertained. As an added benefit, she is learning how to associate words and pictures. This is a must buy for preschoolers.

This app has it all! It associates words with actions and helps early readers recognize and spell words. It has kept my little one busy learning for extended periods of time. I definitely recommend it.

Lots of fun activities for preschoolers and to promote literacy! We had fun with all the elements and did not have any problems. Very engaging!

This is my 3 year olds favorite app! She is learning about the context of words by watching colorful, fun animations and interacting with the games. Head, and shoulders, knees and toes musical animation is a nice touch. Keep up the good work!

Some bad moments

Really disapointed in this app. Its not worth $1.99. The movies are not really elaborate and when my son double taps on the icones, the app freezes. There are way better preschool games than this one at only $0.99

Dont waste your money! I got this for my 2 1/2 year old son who is very savvy with games like this and am very disappointed. There are several major flaws: 1. The word matching game has only one round with one word - thats it. Youd expect it to go to a new word on a new screen if you get it right, but it doesnt. And, it makes the same sound whether you press the right word or the wrong word - and the noise it does make is a "wrong" sound. Pointless. 2. The spinner game says "try again" 7 times put of 10. Youd think there would be 10 different options. What is fun about pressing the spinner and having it land on "try again?" 3. The movie feature does not work. There is a cartoon picture on a still screen with no animation, and no option to return to the home screen so you have to close out the app completely and reopen it. Maybe with a lot of substantial revisions this could be okay, but is a complete waste of money as is. Sorry, but dont bother!

After initial inspection my 2 1/2 yo doesnt touch it. Its pretty lame.

Wow, I found this app extremely disappointing. My toddler daughter lost interest right away and she loves all the other educational apps I have. It feels clunky and crashes a lot, as others have mentioned. Hopefully thee will be an upgrade in the near future but in the meantime, I dont recommend it.

The animations are very primitive and the movement in animations is very jerky. In other sections the voice, images, and screen taps are not synchronized so that with rapid taps the app skips several screens ahead while the voice is asking for a word or object that was on a screen which was quickly skipped.

Bought this after trying the free app. - I expected the Word animations to be longer (even if what is there was looped to play again). Also disappointed that many of the words are illustrated by children getting hurt (ball, slide, baby). Why would you do this? This paid app doesnt have much more to offer than the free app.
